As much as we want the exclusive photo – please respect the persons privacy.

Photos that invade another persons privacy, are offensive or unlawful will not be used!! Please read our terms and conditions carefully and feel free to contact us should you be uncertain about any issues.

Often the best pics are the ones that are taken discreetly in a public place – not flashing a celeb in the face over dinner or breaking the law to get the shot! Flashing them in their face over dinner is simply rude and will probably get you thrown out.

Follow the basic laws of privacy, trespass and use your own common sense. Its not illegal to take a photo of a celeb in a public place. Gaining illegal access to their homes is!

We keep all your personal information confidential and will not pass it on to anyone. We will never send spam sms, mms or emails. Please let us know if you need us to protect your identity for whatever reason. We don’t want anyone being intimidated for sending us info or pics!
